Redland Rhapsody Chorus is a vibrant community of women from all walks of life who come together to celebrate the art of a cappella singing. Based in the Redlands and founded in 1996, the chorus has grown into an award-winning ensemble known for its musical excellence, expressive performances, and contagious enthusiasm.
In 2024, Redland Rhapsody was named Australian A Cappella Champion and went on to be awarded 3rd Place in the Sweet Adelines International Harmony Classic (AA Division) — an incredible honour! Even more exciting, the chorus made history as one of only three Australian choruses ever to surpass the 1200-point mark on the international stage.
Meet the 2024 Australian Champions
All the hard work has paid off. We are Region #34 2024 AA size chorus first place winner and overall 1st place chorus. And the first Queensland chorus to win - ever! It was wonderful to compete with the other amazing choruses and it was an honour to take our first place medals. Thank you to all our dear family, friends and coaches who have supported us on our journey. And to our amazing Director and all of our amazing members .. thank you!!

Redland Rhapsody Chorus joins Redlands Arts Partnership Program
Redland Rhapsody Chorus is proud to be named a Program Partner in the newly launched Redlands Arts Partnership Program (RAPP), an initiative of Redland City Council delivered through Redland Performing Arts Centre.
RAPP is designed to support and celebrate the region’s vibrant arts community through strategic, long-term partnerships that deliver cultural impact and community benefit.
